Diana, I can’t thank you enough!
Premiereopera.com do have the 2001 Vienna Figaro – but search for Le Nozze di Figaro, not Keenlyside as they have spelled his name incorrectly. I do hope Paul ulrich Lanz sees this as he was as upset as me that the recording was withdrawn from YouTube.

Hi Sue, and everyone,
There is a website called Premiereopera.com which has a number of cd and dvd recordings of Simon available, including a dvd of the recent Onegin in Munich. The quality is not perfect on most of these products, although generally pretty good, but as many of these recordings are not “officially” available it’s a small price to pay. And if you do have a serious problem with anything they supply, their customer services are excellent!

A DVD his 1997 production DVD is available from http://www.operapassion.com – very reasonable price and fast response from this company. The picture and sound quality is only slightly better than the YouTube posting
http://www.virtousochannel.com also have Don Carlo, Magic Flute and 1984 (Covent Garden productions) all appear to be the complete operas.
But will we ever get back the 2001 Vienna production of Nozze? I’m suffering withdrawal symptoms! Who can I write to about it
